If your patients have insurance that provides full or partial coverage for massage services, the clinic staff can provide them a statement to assist them in filing for reimbursement, if they wish. However, the clinic cannot  accept assignment of payment  for massage, because one hour sessions are services that are provided by Nationally Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapists, and not directly by a Registered Physical Therapist. All fees are due when services are rendered.
