R. Todd Petty, RPT - Physical Therapist Todd Petty has a wealth of experience in outpatient rehabilitation. Before joining the staff at UPT, Mr Petty was the Supervisor of Outpatient PT Services at George Nigh Rehabilitation at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Okmulgee, OK. for 4 years. Mr Petty's interests and experiences are are in Sports Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome, Shoulder Rehabilitation, Pre and Post Operative Rehabilitation. In addition, he has lectured on a number of topics such as ITB Dysfunction and Treatment, Scapular Stabilization, and Function Testing and Training with the Lower Extremities. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health and Sciences Center in 1990. Mr Petty is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He has been married to wife Shannon for 12 years and is the father of two.

Renee England - Administrator and Co-Owner of Utica Physical Therapy, Ms England has been involved in medical administration for more than 10 years. With a strong focus on business development, quality assurance and community outreach, Ms England has paved a clear path and has earned the respect and trust of Tulsa physicians. Ms England was recently honored as one of Tulsa's Top 20 Leaders by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, is a member of the Case Manager's Association and is the co-chair of the Good Samaritan Health Services' Annual Fundraising Gala. She is also an active member of the Eastern Oklahoma Medical Management Group Association. She has been married to David England for 14 years and has two sons, Wesley and Alex. Ms England earned her bachelor of Science Degree from John Brown University in 1982.

Xiomara Tallent - Xiomara is from Cali, Colombia and received a physical therapy degree from the University of Maria Cano in December of 2004.  Xiomara attends Tulsa Community College where she is studying English diligently so that she can obtain her physical therapy credentialing here in the U.S..  Utica Physical Therapy is fortunate to team up with Xiomara and allow her to work with our physical therapists to assist her in learning our language quickly while in addition have her assistance with our Spanish-speaking patients. 

Jennifer - Jennifer is the office manager/ receptionist/scheduler for Utica Physical Therapy. If you have called in to make an appointment, arrange treatment for one of your patients, or needing information, you know her kind and caring disposition. She epitomizes the considerate and compassionate focus that  Utica Physical Therapy has for our patients.
